Positive: We've been to Sutivan several times and this villa is a real find. It is very close to the harbour which is the centre of life in Sutivan, and yet somehow it has a big pool that isn't really overlooked. We are a family of four and were all in the pool at times with the kids each in a rubber ring trying to run us over and still there was plenty of space. The views from the upper terrace out over the harbour and the sea to Split are amazing and became my favourite place to hide with a beer and book for an hour at 6pm while the kids were still in the pool. Alex is a super host. He always responded quickly but what we were most impressed with was the simple everyday bits and pieces that that had been provided so that really all you needed to do was buy breakfast at the bakery (which is the place to go by the way and just 2 mins down the street from the villa). I have never understood why some expensive villas only provide 3 dishwasher tablets and only enough loo roll for the first 48 hours, so it was so nice to discover Alex had provided everything we could possibly need for the week (actually, probably a month!). Next time we go back to Sutivan we will be staying here again.
Negative: Nothing really, I wish we could have stayed longer.
